Easter Egg Rolling
Monday 6th April
One of the great annual traditions of Gorran Haven is back again this year.
The Easter Monday Egg Rolling competition will once again be held at Gorran Haven Village Hall.
Bring along your hard boiled and decorated egg to registration on the day.
Registration: between 9 and 10.30 am.
Judging: between 10.30 and 11am.
Egg Rolling: will commence from 11am.
There are four age groups:
UNDER FIVE’S
SIX TO NINE
TEN TO FOURTEEN
FIFTEEN AND OVER
1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes in each category for the decorated eggs.
1st prize in each age group for the first egg to reach the bottom of the hill.
Entry is £1 per egg.
So! start thinking about your designs and don’t forget to boil those eggs first!
As always, no one will go home empty handed as all entries will get a treat.
Light refreshments will be available at the hall.
Always a great fun family event, so come along even if your not taking part, but to cheer and support.
